Welcome to Moon Garden Designs, offering an eclectic selection of quote lockets and pendants handcrafted into beautiful Art Nouveau styled jewelry. We love creating meaningful, unique pieces that will be treasured for years to come by you, your family and friends. We hope you'll find that special quote or or piece of art here at Moon Garden.
All of our necklaces arrive packaged in a pretty little gift box, complete with gauze gift bag, ready for presentation. If you would like us to include a note from you please let us know.
Turnaround time is for orders is usually 2 to 4 days, excluding weekends and postal holidays. A ship-by date is noted to your invoice, but please contact us if you need it shipped sooner. (PLEASE be sure to contact us here in Etsy, NOT via email, where your message may be automatically shoved into a junk folder and overlooked).
We will email with tracking info when your order ships. Your tracking number can also be found on your Etsy invoice (invoices are under the "You" link up top, drop down to "Purchases"). Halfway down the page you'll see a USPS symbol. Click on the "more info" link to bring up tracking.
Custom quotes are available for $5 more, so if you need a special phrase please get in touch. Please note that custom work may not be possible during December due to the Christmas rush.
E-CHECKS -- Please note that paying by e-check will delay shipment of your order, since these take 3 to 7 days to process.
INTERNATIONAL VISITORS -- We're so sorry but we are not shipping internationally at this time due to excessive mail delays and paperwork required with VAT taxes.
